SP Contractors LLC – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of services, estimates, and communications provided by SP Contractors LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates provided by SP Contractors LLC are non-binding and subject to change. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection or customer request.

Final pricing may change due to:

• Hidden or unforeseen site conditions
• Changes in material costs
• Customer-requested modifications
• Additional work not included in the original scope

A revised written approval will be required for any changes affecting price or scope.

2. Scope of Work

Only work explicitly listed in the written agreement, invoice, or approved estimate is included.

Any additional work requested or required outside of the original scope will be treated as a change order and must be approved by the customer in writing before work continues.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be defined per project and may include:

• Deposit prior to project start
• Progress payments during the project
• Final payment upon completion

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of work, delays, or legal collection action.

4. Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing safe and accessible working conditions.

SP Contractors LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing structural damage
• Hidden defects (e.g., mold, rot, electrical issues)
• Delays caused by site restrictions or unsafe conditions
• Permitting or inspection delays unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Project Timeline

All completion dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Material shortages or supplier delays
• Labor availability
• Inspection or permitting processes
• Unforeseen site conditions

6. Liability Limitation

SP Contractors LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the contracted work as outlined in the agreement.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Secure necessary approvals or permits unless otherwise agreed
• Ensure access to the property during work hours
• Communicate any concerns promptly

8. Cancellation & Termination

The customer may cancel services prior to project commencement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on materials purchased, labor scheduled, or administrative costs already incurred.

The Company reserves the right to terminate a project due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of agreement.

9. Communication & Consent

By engaging SP Contractors LLC, the customer agrees that communication may occur via phone, email, text message, or digital platforms for scheduling, updates, and approvals.

Electronic communication and approvals are considered valid and binding.

10. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Workmanship may include a limited warranty defined per project
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials only
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors is not covered

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within Pennsylvania jurisdiction.

By requesting a quote, scheduling services, or approving work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
